Project & Development Management · Concept to Turnkey

From Feasibility to Turnkey. Manage the Entire Development Journey.

CEC Africa supports developers and project owners across the full project lifecycle—from the investment idea, feasibility and concept development through design management, cost planning, procurement, construction, project controls, commissioning and final handover. One governance framework keeps decisions, responsibilities, cost, time and risk visible from the beginning to the finish.

Before you build

Know what should be built—and whether the investment case works.

Strong project management starts before construction. Early-stage decisions shape the project brief, development cost, revenue assumptions, delivery strategy and risk profile. CEC Africa helps structure these decisions so the project can move from an idea into a controlled development plan.

Feasibility & Investment Review

Structure development cost, revenue assumptions, cash flow, IRR, NPV, break-even, sensitivity and key risks to support a clearer Go / No-Go decision.

Concept & Development Strategy

Translate the investment idea into a practical project brief, scope, priorities, phasing, delivery route and decision framework.

Design Management

Coordinate the design process, reviews, interfaces, value decisions and deliverables without replacing the appointed architectural, structural or MEP designers.

Common questions

Concept-to-turnkey project management

Does CEC Africa provide architectural, structural or MEP production design?

CEC Africa's role is design management, coordination, review and governance. Production design remains with the appointed specialist designers unless separately arranged through an appropriate delivery structure.

Can CEC Africa join a project after feasibility or design has already started?

Yes. The management framework can begin at the current project stage, establish the actual status and then structure the remaining decisions, controls and delivery path.

Is the feasibility toolkit the same as a full professional feasibility study?

No. The toolkit helps structure and test assumptions. A full feasibility engagement requires project-specific inputs, market evidence, cost and revenue assumptions, risk review and professional judgement.

Start at the right point

Have an idea, a site, a feasibility question—or a project already under way?

CEC Africa can enter at the stage where support is needed and connect the remaining journey through one practical management and governance framework.
